How will you confirm my order details?
Once you place an order, we will confirm all details, including the model, specifications, required power data, unit price, transport cost, delivery time, payment method, and shipping method.

When should I pay the deposit, and how will you confirm it?
After you make the deposit payment, we will notify you immediately once our bank confirms receipt.

Will I receive updates during production?
Yes, we will provide regular updates on the production progress and schedule. Once the machine is completed and tested, we will inform you promptly.

Can I inspect the machine before final payment?
Yes, you can visit our factory for inspection. Alternatively, we can send you product photos, videos, testing videos, and reports for online verification.

When is the remaining payment due, and how will you confirm it?
The balance is due after inspection. We will notify you as soon as our bank confirms receipt of the payment.

How will the machine be packed?
After receiving the remaining payment, we will pack the machine in standard export-grade wooden or plywood cases.

When will the shipment be arranged?
Our logistics team will arrange delivery immediately after packing is completed.

How will the machine be shipped?
Most machines are shipped by sea (from Shanghai or other Chinese ports), though air freight is available for urgent orders.

What documents will I receive for customs clearance?
We will provide a full set of documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Insurance Policy. Additional documents like COC can be provided upon request. These will be sent via DHL or telex release.
