REXON TYA-20(1200LPH) Hydraulic Oil Filtration and Dehydration Purifier with PLC Fully Automatic HMI is specially designed for purification and regeneration of various industrial hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, gear oil, coolant oil, heat treatment oil, and other low or high viscosity lubrication oils.

By adopting vacuum dehydration, coalescing separation and precision filtration technologies, this hydraulic oil purifier can efficiently remove free water, emulsified water, dissolved gas, particulate contaminants and impurities from contaminated oil. After treatment, the oil cleanliness can reach NAS1638 Grade 6 or better, restoring oil performance and ensuring lubricating systems operate safely and reliably.

Through periodic online or offline oil purification, the hydraulic oil can be reused multiple times, significantly reducing new oil consumption, lowering maintenance costs, and extending the service life of machinery and equipment.
