Rexon Vacuum Type Hydraulic Oil Cleaning System TYA is a high vacuum oil purification system for used hydraulic oil cleaning and maintenance. It can rapidly separate water, dissolved water, gas, particles, and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from used hydraulic oil, restoring oil viscosity, flash point, and performance, so as to keep the oil always in cleaning condition, and to guarantee the hydraulic system of machines works properly and prolong the lifetime of machines. It is widely applied in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, and railway etc.

This machine has strong ability to filter impurities, which can filter particles completely. It has the back flush system, which can clear impurities automatically. This machine installs the new pressure protector, which can control the temperature automatically. Also, it can drain water online by the water–separator device.

Based on the standard type TYA lubricating oil purifier, this model is equipped with a plate frame pressed filter system, which improves the solid particle removal and enlarges the dirty holding capacity, especially suitable for purifying oil products with high solid impurity content, protects the fine filter, and reduces the frequency of replacing filter elements and reduces the replacement cost.
