Thermo Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter for Transformer Oil Filtration and Oil Purification with 4-Wheel Trailer

REXON Mobile Transformer Oil Filtration and Purification Plant is specially designed for on-site transformer oil purification and maintenance. In addition to a protective weatherproof housing, the system is equipped with a double-axle mobile trailer and four large wheels, making it convenient to transport between different working locations.

Based on the proven ZYD vacuum purification technology, the mobile plant efficiently removes free water, trace moisture, dissolved gases, solid particles, and harmful gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, and methane from insulating oil.

Through vacuum dehydration, degassing, and precision filtration, it helps restore the oil’s cleanliness and insulation performance, with dielectric strength reaching 75–80 kV or higher, depending on the oil condition.

The mobile design makes the equipment particularly suitable for transformer maintenance, substations, power plants, and other remote or outdoor oil purification projects, providing a flexible and reliable solution wherever oil treatment is required.
