REXON TY-50 (3000L/H) Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier Introduction

REXON TY Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier is specially designed for the purification and maintenance of turbine oils used in power plants, industrial turbines, and lubrication systems. The system effectively removes water, gas, and solid contaminants from turbine oil, helping restore oil quality and ensure reliable equipment operation.

REXON TY series adopts high-efficiency vacuum dehydration technology combined with a water-ring vacuum pump, making it particularly suitable for handling turbine oils with high moisture content. The vacuum system rapidly removes free water, emulsified water, dissolved water, and gases from contaminated oil, significantly improving oil performance and reducing the risk of corrosion and oxidation.

To achieve superior purification performance, the TY purifier is equipped with two-stage water separation filters and a three-stage filtration system. The dual water separators efficiently remove large amounts of water before the oil enters the vacuum chamber, while the precision filters eliminate particles down to 1–5 microns, ensuring excellent oil cleanliness and equipment protection.

REXON's exclusive PLC automatic control system enables one-button startup and shutdown, automatic monitoring, and comprehensive safety protection. The TY series delivers stable and efficient operation with minimal operator intervention. After treatment, turbine oil can achieve water content ≤100 PPM, impurity size ≤1–5 microns, cleanliness up to NAS 6, and excellent demulsification performance, helping extend oil life and reduce maintenance costs.
