REXON RTO-100 Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage Value Tester

The REXON RTO-100 Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester is a high-accuracy, fully digital testing instrument designed for the breakdown voltage testing of insulating oil. Developed according to relevant international and industry testing standards, it combines reliable measurement, strong anti-interference performance, and easy operation, making it suitable for routine oil quality testing in electrical and power applications.

The RTO-100 uses a high-performance single-chip microcomputer for stable and automatic control. It supports multiple testing standards, including IEC 156, GB/T 507 and DL 429.9, as well as programmable testing modes, allowing users to select the appropriate procedure according to different testing requirements. Chinese and English interfaces are also available for convenient operation.

For accurate and reliable measurement, the instrument adopts a unique high-voltage sampling design that directly transfers the test signal to the A/D converter, reducing errors caused by conventional analog circuits. The specially processed oil cup provides good resistance to oil leakage and corrosion, while built-in over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and other protection functions enhance operational safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
