REXON Onsite Project Overview For ZYD Series Transformer Oil Purifier

REXON ZYD Series is specially designed for transformer oil dehydration, degassing, and precision filtration. It can effectively remove free water, dissolved water, harmful gases, and solid impurities from insulating oil, helping restore oil quality and improve transformer insulation performance. After treatment, the transformer oil BDV can reach 75–85 kV, ensuring safer and more reliable transformer operation.

Equipped with a powerful double-stage vacuum system, REXON ZYD series creates a high vacuum environment to quickly vaporize and remove moisture and gases from oil. Combined with a three-stage filtration system (50μm, 5μm, and 1μm), it provides deep purification and removes tiny particles effectively, achieving excellent oil cleanliness.

REXON ZYD series features the REXON fully automatic PLC control system, allowing simple one-touch operation and real-time monitoring of machine status. The system integrates multiple safety protections, including automatic alarm, fault detection, and shutdown functions, ensuring stable and safe operation in different working conditions.

Besides oil purification, REXON ZYD series can also be used as an independent vacuum pumping system for transformer evacuation and vacuum oil filling. With various optional accessories such as online moisture sensors, particle counters, variable frequency flow control, and regeneration systems, REXON provides customized solutions to meet different transformer maintenance requirements.
