REXON TYA-10 Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier is specially designed for the purification and recovery of various industrial oils, including hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, gear oil, and other high-precision oils. It provides an efficient solution for removing contaminants and restoring used oil performance.
Equipped with advanced vacuum dehydration technology, TYA-10 effectively removes free water, dissolved water, and gases from contaminated oil. Combined with a high-efficiency oil-water separation filter and thermostatic heating system, it ensures stable purification performance while maintaining oil quality during the treatment process.
The machine adopts a three-stage precision filtration system to remove solid particles, sludge, dust, and mechanical impurities. With filtration accuracy of up to 1–5 microns, TYA-10 helps improve oil cleanliness, reduce equipment wear, and extend the service life of hydraulic and lubrication systems.
