REXON ZYD-200 Three-Stage Filter Insulating Oil Purifier is a high-capacity vacuum oil purification system designed for on-site treatment and maintenance of transformer and insulating oils in large power equipment.

With a processing capacity of 12,000 L/H, the ZYD-200 is especially suitable for large electrical equipment above 110 kV, including transformers, circuit breakers, and other high-voltage insulation systems. It can effectively treat transformer oil, switch oil, dielectric oil, and other insulating oils contaminated with water, dissolved gases, and solid particles.

The advanced vacuum purification system efficiently removes free water, dissolved moisture, dissolved gases, fine particles, and harmful gases such as acetylene, hydrogen, and methane, helping restore the oil's insulation performance and increase its dielectric strength to 75–85 kV.

With its high processing capacity, the ZYD-200 provides fast dehydration, degassing, and precision filtration, making it particularly suitable for large-scale and on-site transformer oil purification projects, including applications in high-altitude areas.

In addition to oil purification, the ZYD-200 can also work as an independent vacuum pumping and transformer oil filling system, providing a convenient solution for transformer installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
