REXON ZYD Series Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is specially designed for transformer oil treatment. Equipped with a powerful double-stage vacuum system, it efficiently removes free water, dissolved water, and harmful gases from insulating oil. By creating a high-vacuum environment, the machine significantly improves oil insulation performance and helps restore the dielectric strength of transformer oil to 75–85 kV.

The ZYD series adopts a three-stage filtration system consisting of primary, secondary, and fine filters. With filtration precision down to 1 micron, it effectively removes solid particles and contaminants from transformer oil, achieving excellent oil cleanliness and protecting transformers from premature wear and insulation failure.

To provide a more convenient operating experience, REXON equips the ZYD series with a fully automatic PLC control system and a large touch-screen interface. Operators can start and stop the machine with one touch while monitoring real-time operating parameters.
