REXON Completed A New Delivery Of The ZYD-50 Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier
We are pleased to announce the successful shipment of another REXON oil purification system. The ZYD-50 is a widely used model, with a capacity of 3000Lites/Hour, specially designed for on-site transformer oil treatment in power plants, substations, and industrial electrical facilities.
The REXON ZYD-50 is a high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier integrating dehydration, degassing, and impurity filtration. Equipped with a double-stage high vacuum system, it ensures deep removal of moisture and gases. The three-stage filtration system (50 μm, 5 μm, 1 μm) effectively removes solid contaminants, while the thermostatic heating system (55–65°C) maintains optimal oil temperature to enhance purification efficiency while saving power consumption, without damaging oil properties
In addition, the machine is designed with our REXON advanced electrical control system to ensure stable and reliable operation. It is equipped with REXON's unique fully automatic PLC control system, which enables one-touch operation, real-time monitoring, and intelligent control. Meanwhile, multiple safety protection systems, including pressure control, overload protection, alarm systems, and automatic shutdown, ensure safe operation under various working conditions. Also, the famous German brand SIEMENS is available for our PLC system.
Before shipment, our technical teams carried out a full inspection, including operation testing, vacuum performance verification, and system stability checks. Every REXON machine must pass strict quality standards before leaving our factory. We also prepared customized operation manuals and operation videos for the client to ensure easy installation and operation.
The unit was securely packed in a reinforced plywood case to guarantee safe delivery during international transportation.
