REXON Newly Customized Coalescence–Separation Oil Purification System
REXON recently completed the production and factory testing of a customized coalescing separator oil purifier, which will soon be shipped to the customer's site as planned.
This new coalescing separator purifier from our REXON will be used in the customer's industrial cutting fluid purification project. It is a customized solution specifically designed based on the customer's actual oil conditions and operating requirements.
In the early stages of this project, our customer provided sample data of the oil they needed to purify, along with detailed operating parameters, including water content, emulsification level, viscosity changes, and other datas. Our REXON professional engineering team immediately conducted a comprehensive analysis of this data and provided a targeted suitable solution, including specialized design for the equipment in terms of filtration gradation, flow rate configuration, coalescing component materials, separation structure, and internal flow channel layout.
After the machine was finished produced, it underwent rigorous testing by REXON's factory QC department. The equipment met design requirements in terms of dehydration efficiency, impurity filtration effect, and operational stability, ensuring long-term, reliable, and continuous oil purification at the customer's site.
