REXON Launches Upgraded TYB-D Series Kerosene Oil Purification System
Recently, REXON successfully completed the development of its newly upgraded TYB-D Series Coalescing Separation Kerosene Oil Purification System, marking another important milestone in the company's continuous innovation in fuel treatment technology.
The TYB-D series is equipped with a coalescing separation system, which plays a key role in efficient water removal, particles elimination, color improvement and odorless processing.
Through specially designed coalescing filter elements, microscopic water droplets suspended in kerosene are merged into larger droplets. Once enlarged, the water separates naturally from the fuel under gravity and is discharged from the system, achieving effective dehydration without heating and preserving the original properties of the oil.
To further improve kerosene oil quality, the TYB-D integrates dual-stage impurity filtration, ensuring the reliable removal of fine solid particles and mechanical contaminants. In addition, a specified deodorization unit is applied to adsorb odor-causing compounds, removing kerosene odor. A special decolorization unit is also incorporated, utilizing its strong adsorption capability to remove color bodies and oxidation by-products, resulting in clearer, pure and transparent color.
By combining these technologies into one coordinated process, the TYB-D series oil purification system enables comprehensive treatment of kerosene, effectively addressing water contamination, particulate impurities, undesirable odors, and color degradation.
