Rexon Hydraulic Oil Regeneration and Oil Recycling System is especially used for regenerating used and unqualified hydraulic oil. It takes double primary-filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, and multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision, and equipping with duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas, particles and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from oil, restoring oil viscosity, flash point and performance.

Rexon Hydraulic Oil Regeneration and Oil Recycling System adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak, and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically. Hydraulic lubricating oil treated by this oil recycling system contains so low emulsification value, little water content, and impurities that it can be used repeatedly in the highly precise hydraulic lubricating equipment.

The impurity particles less than 1 μm can be effectively removed, and the filtration precision is high. After repeated circulation filtration, the oil cleanliness can be stably maintained at NAS1638: 6, without clogging. Suitable for precision hydraulic systems with servo systems.

This vacuum hydraulic oil purifier is equipped with a dedicated regeneration tank filled with specially formulated adsorbent materials. These materials effectively remove color, gums, and other stubborn contaminants from highly polluted oils. The regeneration process not only restores the oil’s clarity and original appearance but also improves its chemical stability and extends its usable life, ensuring the treated oil meets higher purity and performance standards.
