Rexon transformer oil recycling and oil purification system series ZYD-I is an integrated system for a high vacuum oil purification system combined with an oil regeneration device. ZYD-I-200 system is especially dealing with old transformer oil which contains moisture, gas, impurities, tiny particles, and acidity matters inside of oil. After the oil purification and oil regeneration processing, the old transformer oil will become freshly new, and with standard quality for reuse. A regular oil purification and recycling process is very necessary for used transformer oil. It can help oil keep cleaning and always being standard for use, which can avoid a lot of problems that may happen to transformer and power equipment and caused by unqualified transformer oil.

Rexon oil recycling system is applied to treat various of old and unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil specially for the power which is above 110KV, 500KV, 1000KV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. It can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, moisture, gas and other contamination like acidity matters. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line.
