REXON Transformer Oil Purification System (Series ZYD) is specially designed for on-site transformer oil filtration, transformer evacuation, and vacuum oil filling of transformers and oil storage tanks.

It is widely used by power utilities, substations, transformer manufacturers, electrical maintenance companies, and industrial facilities for transformer installation, commissioning, maintenance, and overhaul projects. Equipped with a double-stage high vacuum system, precision filtration system, and thermostatic heating system, the ZYD series can efficiently remove free water, dissolved water, gases, and solid contaminants from transformer oil.

 It can completely purify and regenerate both new and used transformer oil, restoring its dielectric strength and insulation performance. The treated oil can achieve excellent cleanliness levels and significantly improve transformer operational reliability and service life.

REXON ZYD series is suitable for energized or de-energized transformers with voltage levels above 110 kV and can operate effectively in high-altitude areas above 500 meters. In addition to transformer oil, it can also process mutual inductor oil, switch oil, dielectric oil, and other insulating oils. Furthermore, the machine can be used as an independent high-vacuum pumping system for transformer evacuation and vacuum drying applications, making it a versatile solution for transformer maintenance and oil treatment projects.

1. It has a two-stage high-speed vacuum system and a multi-stage vacuum analysis separation system, which can quickly remove moisture, gas, impurities, polar substances and other degraded substances from the oil.

2. The three-dimensional flash dehydration and degassing technology is adopted to efficiently remove water and gas from the oil, so that the breakdown voltage can be rapidly increased to more than 70KV.

3. The effect of one-time filtration is greatly improved, which reduces the risk of oil aging caused by repeated filtration and heating in general oil purifiers.

4. Using the independent dual-channel technology of complex oil and gas, the secondary re-dissolution technology in the separation of oil and gas can be used to quickly remove various organic hydrocarbon gases in the oil, ensuring that the content of acetylene and hydrogen in the oil is zero.

Heating by carbon fiber infrared heating system which is the most advanced heating technology, the unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and easily controlled, it gives out the heat quickly (in 3 seconds after power on) and efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high (more than 98%). High efficiency, low density heating method for oil, which can prevent oil cracking at high temperature.

6. The use of a multi-stage high β-value compound progressive and high precision filtration system can effectively filter the 1-micron fine particles of mechanical impurities in the oil.

PLC fully automatic control system:

This fully automatic operating system will help users to use the machine very easily. Connect the corresponding power cord to the machine and turn it on the machine, and then simply touch a button on the PLC screen, and the machine will start to operate fully automatically without manual operation. And when the machine is running, all the corresponding components, such as the oil pump, vacuum pump, roots pump, heater, and so on, will have a dynamic effect on the screen to be shown to users, then the user can clearly see which parts are working, and the user can judge whether the machine is in a normal operation state according to the information the PLC screen indicates. The PLC control system can also avoid misoperations for users. If the machine is not in normal operation, the PLC system will detect it and then will stop the machine automatically, and the PLC system will display these problems and prompts the user on the screen.
