PLC Fully Automatic Turbine Oil Filtration Machine with Online Moisture Tester

PLC fully automatic turbine oil filtration machine TY-100(6000LPH) is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This oil filtration plant, which can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas and impurities from oil, and it can break emulsification fast.

It aims at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easy emulsification and high impurities content to make the oil recover the new oil's nature. The automatic oil purifier model is installed with PLC (Programmable logical control  system) which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.

● Breaking emulsification thoroughly with high- molecule polymeric material, the value of breaking emulsification ≤15min (GB/F 7305).
● Dewatering very effectively with once and for two steps dehydrating method. It can thoroughly clear away the liquid water, free water and 80% dissolved water.

● With distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer material, this machine can make the ß3 equal or surpass 200 and make the cleanness lower grade 5(NAS1638).

● With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.

● On-line oil purification can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically without any person.

● This machine breaks emulsification thoroughly, and the oil is very difficult to be emulsified again after treatment. Its dehydration volume is large and it can drain off the water on line.

● "T" shape oil vacuum chamber, expanded evaporation area, improved the oil dehydration and degasification effect.

● Since this TY-100 machine is equipped with an online moisture tester and an online particle counter, it can detect and show the oil moisture PPM data and oil cleanliness degree data in real-time. It is convenient for users to know the situation of turbine oil.
● PLC programming and a 10-inch big colourful touch operation screen make the operation easier.
