Automatic Oil Density Tester

RNMD petroleum product density tester is designed and manufactured according to the standard method of ASTM 1500 and ISO3675:1998. It is used to measure the density of usually liquid crude oil or liquid petroleum products and other mixtures at 20ºC. If independent refrigeration unit for temperature control is not applied, the apparent density of samples can be measured at other temperatures, then converted into standard density at 20ºC as per the Petroleum Measurement Tables. It is widely used in petroleum, electric power, chemical industry, commodity inspection, scientific research and other departments.

The instrument adopts a 8-inches large-screen color liquid crystal display, the interface is rich in content, and the human-computer interaction is intuitive and easier to operate.

The operating instructions of the built-in instrument on the screen make the operation easier.

It adopts advanced PID temperature control technology, temperature control is stability, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 0.01ºC.

It has double test holes, which can measure the density of two samples at the same time and improve work efficiency.

It has a constant temperature timing function, which can remind the operator to perform the next operation in time during the test.

It has an average calculation function, which can display the average value of two consecutive measurements, save and print the test results.

It has a data record query function, which can call up 1000 data records previously tested, which is convenient for comparison and analysis.

It has the function of dynamically displaying the working status of the instrument.

The instrument can be equipped with a Input Refrigeration Unit to achieve the cooling function, and the temperature of the water bath can be controlled at 20 °C (optional)
