Lube Oil Recycling Purifier Machine with Frame Pressured Filter and Vacuum Dehydration

This Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant is engineered to purify a wide range of oils by efficiently separating contaminants through advanced vacuum dehydration and degassing technology. It is capable of treating lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and various edible and waste oils such as vegetable oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, peanut oil, and coconut oil. The system operates by removing moisture, dissolved gases, solid particles, and volatile substances including air and light hydrocarbons. It is suitable for both workshop-based and on-site applications, providing a reliable solution for restoring oil quality, improving oil performance, and enabling reuse of contaminated oils.

When equipped with a plate-and-frame filter, this vacuum oil purifier forms a comprehensive multi-stage filtration system widely used in industrial lubrication maintenance and oil regeneration. The plate-and-frame unit performs preliminary coarse filtration by capturing larger impurities, which enhances overall system efficiency and protects the vacuum purification section. This integrated solution is commonly applied in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, mining, petrochemical processing, shipping. It helps maintain optimal oil cleanliness levels, prolong equipment service life, reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

1. The plant consists of two main parts: a press filter and a vacuum oil purification system. The press filter removes large and fine impurities, with filtration precision up to 1 micron.

2. The vacuum system is equipped with a three-stage filtration system (primary filter, water separator, and fine filter), operating entirely under vacuum conditions to ensure high purification efficiency.

3. The primary filter (stainless steel) removes residual impurities and protects downstream components.

4. The water separator effectively removes free water. After this stage, only trace and dissolved water remain in the oil.

5. The vacuum separator utilizes 3D duplex evaporation and thin film evaporation technology. Under vacuum and low-pressure conditions, the oil is heated to about 45°C (below 80°C), preserving oil properties while efficiently removing trace water, dissolved water, gases, acids, and other volatile substances.

6. The fine filter (≤1 micron) ensures the final oil is clean and free of impurities. And the system features an automatic back-flushing function for easy maintenance and continuous operation.

7. The advanced degassing and dehydration system enables rapid and efficient removal of moisture and gases through multi-stage oil-water separation technology.

According industial oil nature, the used oil includes high amounts of water much impurities. This filtration system adopts Plate Pressure system can separate the sundry matters and water from the oil quickly, and break the oil emulsification effectively. Then equip with two primaries filter and fine filter, it can remove impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to dewater system to dehydrate the oil fast. 

In addition, the machine can be equipped with a fully automatic PLC operation system, making the machine more intelligent and convenient to operate, such as setting machine parameters on the screen, including heating temperature, running time, oil moisture data, fault record, etc. It can operate the equipment fully automatically through one-touch operation, saving manpower and time.
