REXON Weatherproof Type Bipolar Vacuum Transformer Insulating Oil Filtration Machine is used for periodic maintenance of transformer oil in electrical power stations, industrial plants, substations, and distribution transformers.

It can remove the water/moisture, gas and particle contaminants from insulation oil efficiently, increasing the dielectric strength, it helps extend the lifespan of transformers, reduces the likelihood of faults, and ensures the reliability of electrical power systems.

Since its bipolar vacuuming system has a powerful vacuuming capacity from 252~2160m³/hour, it is very suited for purification of high voltage insulating oil of 110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 750KV, and 1000KV from power transmission equipment.

REXON Weatherproof Type Bipolar Vacuum Transformer Insulating Oil Filtration Machine also be used independently for transformer evacuating/ vacuum pumping, transformer vacuum oil filling, and transformer drying.

When it is equipped with an oil inlet pump, it can also be used for oil filling while evacuating the transformer.

1. Especially for removing water from transformer oil / insulating oil, such as free water, trace water and so on, by the double stage vacuum system for high voltage oil.
2. Remove gas and air content from the old high-voltage transformer oil by a high vacuum degassing system.
3. Remove impurities, tiny particles, acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discolouration substances by 3 stages of filters (Primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter).
