REXON Successfully Completes Factory Testing for TY-200 Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier and JL-200 Portable Oil Filtration Machine
Recently, the REXON team successfully completed the production and factory on-site testing of two oil purification machines for our valued client: the TY-200 Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier and the JL-200 Portable Oil Filtration Machine. Both units were carefully manufactured in accordance with the client’s technical requirements and have successfully passed all operational and performance tests before delivery.
The TY-200 Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier is designed for efficient purification of turbine oil with a high flow rate of 12000 liter/hour. Equipped with advanced vacuum dehydration technology, three-stage precision filtration, and a double-stage oil-water separation filtration system, the machine effectively removes water, gas, and fine impurities from contaminated oil. By restoring oil cleanliness and stability, the TY-200 helps improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and extend the service life of industrial machinery.
The JL-200 Portable Oil Filtration Machine is a practical and economical solution for routine oil filtration and oil transfer. With its compact design, easy mobility, and efficient filtration system, the JL-200 is widely used for removing mechanical impurities from lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and other industrial oils during equipment maintenance and oil filling operations. It provides a convenient and reliable way to maintain oil cleanliness in daily industrial applications.
During the factory acceptance test, the REXON technical team conducted a comprehensive inspection and operational testing of both machines, ensuring that all components, filtration systems, and control functions met the required performance standards.
