REXON's Latest Explosion-proof TYB-100 Coalescing Separator Oil Purifier
This is our REXON new delivered TYB-100 coalescing separator oil purification equipment, that is a 6000liters/hour capacity oil filtration unit which can efficiently remove free water and solid contaminants from petroleum-based oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, diesel, and aviation kerosene. It can also provide bypass or in-line purification of the oil as needed. Furthermore, this unit is customizable to customer specifications with an explosion-proof design. It can be used in specialized environments such as mines, chemical plants, and the power industry.
The core functions of this REXON TYB-100 are as follows:
A. Breaks down all oil-water emulsions in the media.
B. Removes free water from the media. The free water content in the treated media is below 100 PPM, and can be reduced to less than 50 PPM at the most extreme.
C. Removes solid particles from the media. This ensures oil cleanliness reaches NAS Class 6 or higher.
The coalescing separator contains two sets of filter elements with different functions: a coalescing filter and a separation filter. As oil flows through the coalescing separator, it undergoes four stages: filtration, coalescing, sedimentation, and separation, effectively removing particulate matter and removing moisture.
Please note that this unit is not suitable for applications requiring very low water content, such as those requiring the removal of dissolved water. One solution is to combine this unit with a REXON vacuum dehydration oil purifier. This can quickly remove large amounts of water from the oil, ultimately reducing the total water content to 5-30 PPM or lower.
