We are excited to announce the latest upgrade to our REXON Centrifugal Oil Purifier, taking automation and intelligence to the next level!

In centrifugal separation, a small amount of clean water is required to assist in separating impurities and sludge from the oil. The water creates a thin layer that helps push contaminants outward under centrifugal force, improving the separation effect and ensuring cleaner oil.

Our previous models already featured fully automatic control, including automatic oil feeding, automatic water removal, and automatic sludge discharge, all efficiently managed by the PLC system.

But in order to bring our customers a more convenient and intelligent operating experience, our REXON engineering team has conducted multiple rounds of technical discussions and testing. Now, with our newly added automatic water feeding system, the machine achieves complete automation throughout the purification process.

When the operating temperature reaches the preset value, the PLC automatically activates the electromagnetic three-way valve, allowing the precise and stable flow of oil and water into the centrifugal separator, without manual operation or pressure adjustment. Our REXON centrifugal oil purifier machine also integrates a dedicated water pump, ensuring stable water pressure and smoother, more consistent performance.

This upgrade makes REXON’s centrifugal oil purifier much smarter, more convenient, and more time-saving, significantly reducing the user’s labor and management costs, while ensuring continuous and efficient purification.
