In vacuum oil purifier equipment, the vacuum degree and speed of the machine's vacuum are important conditions that determine the dehydration and degassing effect of the equipment.
Rexon double stage vacuum oil purifier equipment equip with bipolar vacuum system, a vacuum pump and a roots pump, which can quickly reach the working vacuum environment of -0.08 ~ -0.099Mpa. For vacuum pumps, we generally choose the world-renowned brands Germany ATLAS, LEYBOLD, BECKER, or Chinese famous brands JOYSUN. For roots pumps, we choose Germany BECKER, China JOYSUN, HUAXINNANGUANG ZJP, etc.
Our equipment can also be equipped with the ATLAS roots pump, which can increase the pressure of the gas to 12kpa before entering the vacuum pump. Compared with LEYBOLD roots vacuum pump, it is 8Kpa and the domestic vacuum pump is about 5kpa. The higher the gas pressure, the smaller the volume, thereby greatly improving the suction capacity of the vacuum pump and the degassing and dehydrating effect of the equipment.
In a high vacuum environment, oil is processed in our equipment for one cycle, and the moisture content in the oil is reduced to 5PPM, and the gas content is reduced to 0.1%; the moisture content in three cycles is reduced to 3PPM, and the gas is reduced to 0.05%.
