Vacuum Type Turbine Oil Filtration Plant TY-100(6000LPH) is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This oil filtration plant, which can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas and impurities from oil, and it can break emulsification fast. It aims at turbine oil’s nature of high water content, easy emulsification and high impurities content to make the oil recover the new oil's nature. The Automatic oil purifier model is installed with PLC (Programmable logical control system) which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.

Its dehydration volume is large and it can absorb water on line. TY series can effectively extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machinery, which has lubrication system from damage. The equipment is installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when electrical motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
