This TYB-100 oil filter machine adopts high efficiency demulsification and dehydration coalescence-separation filters and integrates a fine filter into one machine body, which can offer a super high efficiency water removing ability than other normal types of filters. This oil filter machine can quickly separate large water from oil, even contains half water in oil.

1. TYB-100 coalescing separation oil filter machine is equipped with a certified explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof control cabinet, explosion-proof sensors, and explosion-proof cables, which guarantee safe operation in areas with flammable gas, vapour, or dust.
2. It is equipped with a PLC fully automatic system and a 10-inch colourful touch screen. Once the parameters are set in the program, the equipment can run automatically. 

3. In addition, if there are any abnormalities, such as system overpressure, filter element being clogged, etc., the machine will issue an alarm and automatically shut down, and the PLC screen will prompt specific errors.

4. Fully automatic water discharging. This purifier is controlled by PLC system. Once the separated water reaches the set level, the machine will discharge water from the machine's water storage tank fully automatically.
