REXON RNVS-600(2160m³/hr) transformer evacuating machine/ vacuum pump set is a new type of vacuuming equipment developed and produced by our company. RNVS-600 has our REXON unique synchronous start function. Its Vacuum Pump & Roots Vacuum Pump/booster start work at the same time/synchronously, and the efficiency is increased by 40%.
The equipment automatically adjusts the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the Roots Vacuum Pump to ensure that the outlet of the Roots Pump is always at the highest pressure, and the inlet gas of the vacuum pump always maintains the highest compression ratio. A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device is installed at the exhaust port of the Roots pump, which not only prevents the Roots Pump from overheating, but also reduces the volume of compressed gas at the outlet of the Roots Pump. Other brands of Roots Vacuum Pumps need to be reduced to 1000-2000pa before starting.
