REXON TYA-L high precision lubricating oil purifier is used to remove particle impurities, water and gas from oil. It is mainly used to treat oil with large amounts of particle impurities and high filtration precision requirements. It is also suitable for the treatment of oil products that contains many fine powders, suspended impurities (metal powder, coal powder, sludge, etc.), flocs, fibers (paper wool), etc., such as injection moulding oil, gear oil, diesel oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, vacuum pump oil, paper industry, smelting, cement production oil, etc.
1. Large dirt holding area and good filtering effect. It is based on the standard TYA vacuum lubricating oil purifier and adds plate pressure oil purifier unit, combines their advantages and increases the dirt holding area. The two units can work together and can be separated and work independently. It can quickly purify and handle various oil products with complex impurity content.
2. Multi-stage filtration system: three-stage filtration system, the primary and secondary filter elements are made of stainless steel mesh material, which is easy to clean, and can be repeated use.
3. The water separation and demulsification system adopt polymer materials, which can quickly break demulsification and quickly separate free water in oil.
4. REXON unique flash evaporation technology can quickly and completely remove the dissolved water and trace water in the oil.
5. The liquid level control adopts the combination of electric float controllers and solenoid valves. Realize automatic oil inlet, automatic oil level balance and reliable control.
6. The thermostatic temperature heating system ensures that the oil is heated evenly and the heating speed is fast. The heater is protected against dry heating and overheating.
7. The strong wind condensing system can quickly condense the steam separated from the oil into the water drop and store it in the water storage tank to improve the dehydration rate and reduce the load of the vacuum pump.
8. The digital display intelligent temperature controller can set the upper and lower limits of the heating temperature and control it stably, and the temperature display is more intuitive. The temperature measuring probe directly detects the oil temperature, and the temperature measurement is sensitive, accurate, and has no hysteresis.
9. The whole machine has a protection and alarm system. If the equipment is overpressured, overloaded, etc., the equipment will issue an alarm and automatically stop to ensure the safe operation and use of the equipment.
This oil purification machine can fast dewater, degas, and remove the large quantity impurities, tiny particulates and volatile matter (for example ethyl alcohol, gasoline, ammonia and so on). It can enhance the oil quality, restore the lubricating oil's viscosity, augment the flash point and improve the operational performance.
