ZYD-300(18000LPH) Big Capacity Double Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Plant is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. It is mainly used for removing trace water, gas and impurities from insulating dielectric oil, improving the insulating oil performance index. It is mainly applied to purification for high voltage insulating oil of 110KV,220KV,500KV,750KV,1000KV from power transmission equipment.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
2. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that also can be an independent vacuum power supply, which can vacuuming and oil injecting for electric insulation devices.
3. It is equipped with PLC programing and touch operation screen, it can running fully automatically by one-touch operation.(Optional)
