REXON Aging Transformer Oil Regeneration Vacuum Dehydration Machine, Used Insulating Oil Recycling Plant ZYD-II-150(9000LPH) is applied to regenerate various of unqualified insulation oils including aging transformer oil specially for the power which is above 110KV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. It takes vacuum dehydration and degassing system, multistage filtering system, heating system, PLC auto control system, eletrical system with protection devices, etc, and fuller's earth filter groups to regeneration aging old transformer oil to be new. Fuller’s earth treatment will remove both acid and impurities in the oil. This process corrects the acid number as well as the colour. Reclamation of oil with a high acid content consists of needs fuller’s earth treatment.The oil is regenerated by passing through a Fuller’s Earth filter medium for molecular filtration.Contaminants and oil degradation products are trapped in the granules of the sorbent. After sorbent saturation, the ZYD-II unit automoatically switches to sorbent reactivation mode to remove contaminants from the sorbent into a special collector and charcoal filter.
