Today we test our new transformer oil purification machine ZYD-100 in our factory for customers before making the shipment for them. The oil purifier machine testing is fluent and successful, the device works very well in its performance and stability.

As a very popular model, our transformer oil purifier system ZYD-100 is often purchased by more customers. The advantage of this model is that it can handle big transformers like about 10 tons of oil as well as all small transformers, and this model is very cost-effective. Because the oil treatment capacity of the ZYD-100 transformer oil purification system is 6000 liters per hour, so it takes a two-stage vacuum of a rotary vane vacuum pump and a roots pump/air booster as an ultra-strong pumping vacuum unit to provide a high negative pressure vacuum for itself. Therefore, when the oil flow rate reaches 6000 liters per hour, the vacuum degree is strong enough for doing the oil dehydration and degassing process of transformer oil. And the pumping speed of the rotary vane vacuum pump is 100m³/hour and the roots vacuum pump is 540m³/hour to match the vacuum pressure required by our ZYD-100 model. Therefore, this machine can ensure the high-efficiency treatment capacity of rapid oil dehydration and degassing of transformer oil.

Our ZYD-100 transformer oil purifier is an intelligent oil treatment machine, which matches the PLC control system, various high-precision detection instruments, simple operation panel, and the convenient inlet and outlet pipe connection system in front of the machine.
