PLC Automatic Self-Discharging Centrifugal Oil Separator with Frame Design

Rexon RCF3T(3000LPH) fully automatic centrifugal oil purifier is especially for purifying and filtering used industrial oils which have a high content of water and solid particle impurities, such as lubricating oil, heavy diesel oil, and other waste oil collected from some large mechanical equipment, power plant and ships. Its automatic slag discharge system is specially designed to solve the problem of repeated cleaning of centrifuges caused by high impurity content, making machine operation and maintenance very simple and labor-saving.

Rexon RCF3T(3000LPH) is a disc-type three-phase separation centrifuge oil purifier, which is a device used to separate liquids and solids, as well as different liquid phases. Its main working principle is to use a high-speed rotating disc structure to generate a strong centrifugal force, which causes substances of different densities to separate into separate layers according to their density differences.

● In order to reduce the heating load of the plant, Rexon RCF-3T centrifugal oil purifier equipped with heat recovery device, the oil pump will pump out the hot oil and import cold oil for energy exchange,and heating efficiency will be increased by 50% or more.
