1000L/H (OLTC) On-Load Tap-Changer Online Filter Insulating Oil Purifier

ZYL-10 intelligent on-load tap-changer online oil filter device is the latest intelligent online oil filter device in China. It is mainly used for circulating filtration of insulating oil for on-load tap-changer of main transformers of 35kV and above. The device can effectively remove the free carbon and metal particles of the oil in the tap changer under the normal operation of the transformer system, and can reduce the trace amount of moisture, thereby effectively improving the safety and reliability of the on-load tap changer operation. It reduces the number of power outages, prolongs the maintenance cycle, improves the quality of power supply, and increases the service life of oil. REXON ZYL-10 is an intelligent online oil filtration unit designed for on-load tap changers. It integrates an embedded oil pump motor, dual-stage precision filters, pressure monitoring, a microcomputer control system, multi-level electronic & hydraulic protection, fault diagnosis, temperature/humidity control, and remote monitoring.

It offers three operation modes: Manual, Automatic, and Timed. Key functions include operation mode selection, record inquiry, parameter settings, fault diagnosis, tap-changer action counting, cumulative oil filtration time, pump phase sequence protection, overload protection, and pressure overload protection.

During normal transformer operation, the device automatically circulates and filters the tap-changer oil based on preset modes. When the filter element becomes clogged, the system will alarm and automatically stop the motor for protection.
