Application range of REXON DAG series dry air generator:
The dry air generator is suitable for providing dry air with low dew point during installation or maintenance of equipment such as transformers and reactors. The dry air it provides can ensure that the internal insulating materials of the power equipment will not be damp, and the staff will not suffocate due to lack of oxygen when working inside the equipment.
Compared with using nitrogen, dry air is safer, more reliable, economical and convenient.
When the dry air generator is used to overhaul the equipment, it will not be affected by changes in external weather conditions; especially for overnight operations, only the flanges are sealed and filled with dry air to 0.02 MPa ~ 0.03 MPa. The lower the dew point of the air, the less the water content in the air, and the drier the air equipment. When the atmospheric dew point is 20â, the water content in the air is 17.8g/M³; when the atmospheric dew point is -70â, the water content in the air is 0.005g/M³.
