REXON made a turbine oil purifier packing and delivery for customer last Friday on 11th., Sept. 2020. This oil purifier system will be used for contaminated turbine oil purification and cleaning maintenance for customer. REXON Series TY Turbine Oil Purifier is a vacuum oil filtration system, multistage filter equipped oil purification plant, oil treatment machine, and oil reconditioning system. REXON Series TY Turbine Oil Purifier uses two sets of oil water separator filter to remove 80% visible water, free water and liquid water from contaminated turbine oil, and takes strong vacuum dehydration system to eliminate trace water and dissolved water from oil, which is the most difficult part for water elimination from oil. Working with heating system, electric control system, auto-detecting system for oil level, heating temperature, oil flow inlet and outlet balance control system, the vacuum oil dehydration system performs an important role to purify and renew the used turbine oil. And based on above configurations, our TY turbine oil purifier works fluently and high efficiently.
