REXON Transformer oil regeneration system takes fuller earth clay regeneration system to equip with the high vacuum transformer oil filtration and oil purification system, besides the silica gel regeneration type. Besides removing moisture, particles, and gas from unqualified transformer oil, we also need to solve the acid problems of oil. Fuller earth clay regeneration device can solve the oil acidity problems well, so our ZYD-II system is the combination of the two, which can purify and regenerate old transformer oil to be new oil for standard use again. For different models, we equip with different quantity of the fuller earth filter, the normal size of each filler earth filter of our system is Φ175*885MM, the filter will be installed in a well sealed cylinder. So for different models like ZYD-II-50, ZYD-II-100, ZYD-II-150, ZYD-II-200, etc., we will equip with different quantity, for example, for ZYD-II-100, we will equip 5 PCS of the fuller earth regeneration filter cylinder.
