Order Instruction

Order Confirmation

We will confirm with you the order details like model, specification, your required power data, unit price, transport cost, delivery time, payment method and transport way, etc. when you placing order to us.

Deposit Payment

After you make deposit payment to us, and we will feedback to you immediately once we are informed by bank here about this payment.

Production Reporting

During the production of your ordered machine, we will report to you the producing status and schedule. We will inform you know once the equipment is finished for production and testing.

Inspection

Before sending rest payment to us, you can visit us and make inspection in our factory, or we can send you product photos and videos, and testing videos, testing report to support your online inspection.

Rest Payment

After your inspection, and you will make rest payment to us. We will feedback to you immediately once we are informed by bank here about this payment.

Packing

We will start packing in factory after receiving your rest payment, and packing materials are all standard export type wooden cases or plywood cases.

Delivery

Our logistical department will arrange the delivery of the cargo immediately on the day when factory finish packing.

Transport

Normally the machines will be sent to our clients by sea, a few times by air. We will send the machine from our city to Shanghai or other port of China for shipping.

Documentation

After the shipment, we will prepare full set of documents to our clients for the customs clearance immediately, and send the documents to clients by DHL or telex release. Documents normally including Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Insurance Policy Paper. And we offer COC or other document too if required.

Tracking

After shipment, we will track the shipping status of the cargo and update the information to you timely.

Receiving

Finally you will receive the machine at your port after a short shipping time.

When you use the machine, if you have any questions, REXON will help and reply you within 16 hours, and provide machine's lifetime technical support.
