Multi-functional Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Device

REXON multi-functional transformer oil filter device 3000LPH is specially used for transformer oil filtration, transformer evacuation and oil filling for transformers and oil tanks. REXON oil filter device is mainly used in the following power industries:

Power station: Thermal power stations, nuclear power stations, hydropower stations, wind farms and photovoltaic power stations all use oil-immersed transformers. These transformers need an insulating oil filter system to remove impurities and moisture and improve the insulation performance of the oil.

Heating by carbon fiber infrared heating system which is the most advanced heating technology, the unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and easily controlled, it gives out the heat quickly (in 3 seconds after power on) and efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high (more than 98%). High efficiency, low density heating method for oil, which can prevent oil cracking at high temperature.

6. The use of multi-stage high β-value compound progressive filtration system can effectively filter the fine particles of mechanical impurities in the oil.
