REXON ZYD-200 is a multifunctional electric transformer oil purifier machine that is designed for various on-site projects of power transmission and generation stations.

It can improve the insulating oil performance index, very suited for purification for high voltage insulating oil of 110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 750KV, and 1000KV from power transmission equipment.

Besides the normal functions of oil filtration, oil dehydration and oil degasification, this machine can be used as a separated transformer vacuum pumping, transformer insulating oil filling, and transformer drying.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a PLC system & touchscreen, the machine can start with just one touch on the screen, and realize full automatic operation and remote monitoring. The whole machine operation is easy, saving time and labour costs.

What's more, REXON ZYD-200 is equipped with a flow frequency conversion system, users can set the machine filtration flow rate from 600 to 12000 litre/hour according to the transformer oil volume and onsite needs.

● It has a two-stage high-speed vacuum system and a multi-stage vacuum analysis separation system, which can quickly remove moisture, gas, impurities, polar substances and other degraded substances from the oil.

● The three-dimensional flash dehydration and degassing technology is adopted to efficiently remove water and gas from the oil, so that the breakdown voltage can be rapidly increased to more than 70KV.

● The effect of one-time filtration is greatly improved, which reduces the risk of oil aging caused by repeated filtration and heating in general oil purifiers.

● Using the independent dual-channel technology of complex oil and gas, the secondary re-dissolution technology in the separation of oil and gas can be used to quickly remove various organic hydrocarbon gases in the oil, ensuring that the content of acetylene and hydrogen in the oil is zero.

● Heating by carbon fiber infrared heating system which is the most advanced heating technology, the unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and easily controlled, it gives out the heat quickly (in 3 seconds after power on) and efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high (more than 98%).

● The use of multi-stage high β-value compound progressive filtration system can effectively filter the fine particles of mechanical impurities in the oil.

The REXON ZYD series adopts advanced double-stage vacuum technology to create an extremely high-vacuum, low-pressure environment inside the vacuum chamber. This allows moisture in transformer oil to vaporize at a much lower temperature, while dissolved gases are efficiently released and removed.

ZYD transformer oil purifiers are equipped with a multi-stage filtration system designed to remove solid contaminants thoroughly. The oil passes through primary, secondary, and fine filters with filtration accuracy down to 1–5 microns.
